From early summers chasing the perfect wave to long evenings brainstorming beachside lemonade-stand pitches, they developed a shared appreciation for persistence, creativity, and community. Those formative experiences inspired them to launch Duck Dive: a company grounded in local roots, committed to helping fellow businesses dive fearlessly into the digital tide and emerge stronger on the other side.
Brian is a digital marketing specialist and the co-founder of Duck Dive, a New Jersey–based agency specializing in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization for home-service businesses. He has deep expertise in growth marketing for SaaS brands and excels at paid search, display advertising, social media campaigns, content syndication, and affiliate programs—applying data-driven hypothesis testing to continuously optimize performance, drive user acquisition, and boost revenue. He holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University, grounding his strategic approach in consumer behavior and analytics. Outside of work, Brian remains active in the broader digital marketing community, exploring emerging tools and sharing best practices with peers.
Jonathan is a seasoned digital marketing professional and the co-founder of Duck Dive, a New Jersey–based agency specializing in local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization for home-service businesses. With experience across both B2B and B2C sectors, he brings expertise in e-commerce, outbound and inbound marketing, product planning, and data-driven strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University, earned Summa Cum Laude, which underpins his ability to craft comprehensive digital solutions that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.
